By attending classes at Ovitra Studio, you agree to these Studio Terms & Conditions.
Pilates is a physical practice and participation is at your own risk. You confirm that you are fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical information.
You are responsible for working within your own limits and following instructor guidance.
Bookings & Cancellations
- Classes may be booked up to 14 days in advance.
- A 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes.
- Cancellations made 12 hours or more before class start time will retain the class credit.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will result in the loss of the class credit.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. Should a space become available, it will be offered to the first client on the waitlist via SMS and/or email. You will have 20 minutes to accept the space before it is automatically offered to the next person on the waitlist. The spot is not secured until you confirm your booking. After the waitlist cut-off time (set before each class), any remaining spaces may be released on a first-come basis. Please ensure your contact details and notifications are enabled so you don’t miss an offer. Standard cancellation and late-cancel policies apply once a waitlist place has been accepted and added to your booking.
Late Arrival
- Classes start promptly on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry once class has started. The studio door will open 10 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time.
- A one-time grace allowance may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
- Repeated late arrivals will not be admitted and the class credit will be forfeited. Please arrive with sufficient time to prepare before class.
Studio Etiquette & Safety
- Grip socks are mandatory for all classes. Shoes are not permitted in the studio space.
- Ovitra Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- We reserve the right to change class schedules, instructors, or cancel classes when necessary.
