Rooted

Slow, supportive, foundational.

Rooted is where many people begin. It’s designed to build confidence, body awareness and trust in the reformer. You’ll move at a considered pace, focusing on alignment, breath and control, with clear guidance throughout.

Best for:

Beginners, returners or simply nervous systems craving calm.

Radiant

Fluid strength. Consistent progress.

Radiant builds on the foundations with more flow and challenge, while keeping intention at the centre. This class is about moving with confidence, building strength through repetition and feeling connected rather than rushed.

Those comfortable with Reformer who want steady progression.

Rise

Strong. Dynamic. Intentional.

Rise is for when you’re ready to layer intensity without losing form. Expect stronger sequences, deeper engagement, and a more dynamic pace, always guided with precision and care.

Those experienced with Reformer, looking to progress.

Restore

Soft. Nervous-system-led. Restorative.

Restore is a slower, gentler class designed to support recovery, regulation and breath-led movement. You’ll leave feeling more spacious, grounded and regulated.

FAQs

I’ve never done Reformer Pilates. Can I still come?

Yes. Rooted is designed for beginners and those returning to movement. Clear guidance is always provided. 

What should I bring?

Grip socks and comfortable movement wear. Everything else is provided.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Please let us know before class. Options and modifications are always offered.

How often should I come?

Consistency matters more than intensity. Two to three times a week is ideal, but even once weekly makes a difference.
